Michael Caolo Jr. has had a long and successful business history with his own entrepreneurial enterprises such that he understands the entrepreneur’s challenges, requirements and objectives.

Serving as “Outsource General Counsel”, Michael Caolo Jr. provides smaller businesses with very proactive legal support and business assistance at a level of expertise and experience that otherwise would not be available to smaller businesses within their budgetary guidelines.
